Oral Order :- The learned Counsel for the parties agree that the order of status-quo which is granted by the learned District Judge in April 2015 which is continued by this Court and is in operation till date be continued till the disposal of the appeal. The learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties are also attempting to resolve the dispute amicably and if the consent terms are executed, they will be filed in the trial court.
