DATE : 15th JANUARY, 2018 P.C.

1] The Petitioners have approached this Court being aggrieved by the order dated 8th December 2015. Vide the said order, the Respondent - University has granted stay to the permission, which granted earlier for conducting enquiry against Dr. B. P. Nikam. 2] It could thus be seen that any order passed in the present proceedings would adversely affect right of the said Dr. B. P. Nikam. He has not been impleaded as party Respondent. The Petition is dismissed for non-joinder of necessary party. Needless to state that since the Petition is dismissed for non-joinder of necessary party, the Petitioners would not be precluded for filing a fresh Petition after joining necessary party. [B. P.
