The petitioner submits that complaint annexed at Exhibit "D" Collectively dated 15/3/2016 was addressed to Anti Extortion Cell, but so far no crime is registered.

Without expressing any opinion, we observe that the petitioner is entitled to resort to an appropriate remedy, including filing of proper complaint to the concerned police.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
