The learned counsel for the Petitioner Shri Rajesh Maravoor on instructions of the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the above Petitions in view of the supervening event of the possession being handed over to the Respondents-Landlords on behalf of whom Respondent No.1A Shri Vasant Kumar Madhavsingh Sampat who is personally present in Court does not dispute the said position. In view of thereof, the above Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
