P.C.:- In pursuance of Order dated 20th June, 2022, the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai has appointed Advocate Mr. Sushil A. Inamdar to represent Respondent No.2.

The maximum sentence imposed upon the Applicant in the present case is six months of simple imprisonment. Possibility of hearing present Appeal on its own merits in near future is remote. 3.

In view thereof, during the pendency of present Appeal, interim relief granted by Order dated 29th April, 2022 is hereby confirmed. 4.

Interim Application is accordingly allowed.
