This is an application for stay of the execution and implementation of the judgement and award dated 25th November 2015 passed by the MACT, Kolhapur in M.A.C.P.No.42 of 2012. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready and willing to deposit the entire amount of compensation as awarded by the tribunal within six weeks from today in tribunal. The statement is accepted. 2] Subject to condition of deposit of the entire amount of compensation as awarded by the tribunal within six weeks from today,

stay is granted to the execution and implementation of impugned judgement and award. On failure of the applicant to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, the stay will stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.

3] On the amount being deposited, the tribunal is directed to invest the same in any nationalised bank for an initial period of one year and to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the appeal. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
