At the outset, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the investigating agency does not intend to arrest the present Applicant in connection with C.R.No.12/2021 registered with Kharghar Police Station, under sections, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The statement is noted and recorded. In view of this statement, the learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this application and seeks withdrawal of this application. Nesarikar

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn.

In case, if in future, the investigating agency intends to arrest the present Applicant, in connection with the same offence, the investigating agency shall give four clear working days' notice to the Applicant to enable him to approach appropriate court for appropriate relief.
