Learned Counsel Mr. Niranjan Mundargi appearing for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to raise the contentions raised in the above Petition at the appropriate stage in the Trial Court. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

Needless to state that the contentions of the Petitioners have not been dealt with and it is before the Trial Court as and when they are raised, that the Trial Court would consider the same on their own merits and in accordance with law.
