Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.3-Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Palghar, to decide the petitioners' representations, copies of which are annexed at "Exhibit P Colly" as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is expressly made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. The Assistant Registrar shall decide those representations independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.
