1] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. I-320 of 2018 registered with Juhu Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated into Special (POCSO) Case No. 361 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Special Judge under POCSO Act, Boriwali Division, Dindoshi, does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
