Learned APP submits that in connection with CR No.106 of 2011 final report will be filed within four weeks from today and in respect of CR No.231 of 2015, charge sheet is already filed. Against one accused, charge sheet was filed and the investigating officer is now investigating the offence against other accused persons. 2.

On the statement made by learned APP, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the Petitioner to resort to appropriate alternate remedies available under Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
