Director Mr. Akshay Agarwal is present with his advocate. Respondent No.2 is present with his advocate. Offence under sections 3, 13 and 14 of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer ) Act, 1963 are amicably settled by the parties.

This Court has on 25/11/2019 taken note of joint request and directed the State Government to verify antecedents of the petitioner company.

Learned APP today upon instructions states that there are no antecedents. He also submits that the Investigating Officer has already tendered "C" summary before the trial Court. Respondent No.2 today has tendered affidavit reiterating no objection already given.

In this situation, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and dispose of the petition.
