The above Civil Application has been filed to bring the heirs of Respondent No.2(a) on record and for condonation of delay in filing the application. The heirs of the Respondent No.2(a) are already on record as Respondent Nos.2(c) to 2(g). Hence, there is no impediment in allowing the Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Respondent No.2(a) i.e. Respondent Nos.2(c) to 2(g) are allowed to be brought on record.
