This Civil Application is for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgeent and Award dated 30th August, 2016 passed by the learned Meeber, M.A.C.T., Karad. By the iepugned Judgeent and Award, the learned Meeber, M.A.C.T. Karad granted coepensation of Rs.7,68,000/- and the coepensation claieed was Rs.39 lacs. The reasons are set out in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Civil Application.

In spite of service, the respondents have not filed any affidavit-in-reply, and therefore, the reasons given in the Civil Application have reeained uncontroverted.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned. Civil Application is allowed in teres of prayer clause (a).
