When the matter was called out no one appeared on behalf of appellants. Learned counsel Mr.Mahadik appearing on behalf of respondent Corporation submits that the notice structure is already demolished on 15 July 2014 with the assistance of the staff of Colaba Police Station by following due process of law. To that effect the advocate for the respondent Corporation placed on
