The learned counsel for the parties submit that the dispute between the parties has been resolved out of court by way of the consent terms arrived at between wife-Komal Sunny Chandwani and husband-Sunny Jairam Chandwani and the other parties to the dispute (Cri. Writ Petition No. 3205/2014 and Cri. Application No. 906/2014).
