At the outset learned APP, on instructions of the officer who is present in the Court, states that the prosecution has examined most of the witnesses. Earlier the victim was not traceable, however, the victim was traced on 4th February 2020 at Satara and she is at Mahila Ankur Nivaran Kendra, at Sawantwadi. It is further submitted that the matter before the Trial Court is kept today and if it is possible for the Court and the prosecution, the victim would be examined today or shortly. In the circumstances this application can be disposed of with directions to the Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. 2.

Accordingly, this Bail Application is disposed of with direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Registry to communicate this order to concerned Trial Court immediately.
