This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. Applicant has been convicted for the offence u/s.354-D of IPC and u/s.8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for one year. 2.

The appeal preferred by applicant has been admitted. Applicant was on bail during trial. The sentence is of short term. Trial Court has suspended the sentence on the date of conviction. The said order was continued by this Court. Considering all the aforesaid circumstances, case for suspension of sentence is made out.

ORDER

(i) Interim Application No.1285 of 2023 is allowed and disposed off;
