On 12 June 2019, in Criminal Application No.804 of 2019, the Applicant was permitted to go to Singapore for medical

rsk 2/2 14-IA-1277-21.doc treatment for 45 days and the Applicant was directed to deposit cash security of Rs.5 lakhs with the Registry. 3.

In view of the pendency of the Appeal, Interim Application No.1 of 2019 was taken out since the Applicant could not travel to Singapore and sought modification to travel to Thailand for 45 days. The Applicant was directed to give additional security in terms of the house property. 4.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the security of Rs.5 Lakhs was deposited with the Registry of this Court and the Applicant had travelled to Thailand and had returned and prays that the security be refunded. We have no reason to disbelieve the statement made by the Applicant on oath and confirmed by the learned Counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant has deposited security and has returned to India. 5.

In view of this statement, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
