The petitioner submits that the prayers in the writ petition have become infructuous in view of the Judgment of the Family Court in Petition No. A-85/2006 dated 5/2/2015. The Family Court has passed a decree of divorce by mutual consent under Section-13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act between the parties. The consent terms were filed in Writ Petition

ASN 2 No.A-85/2006. A copy of the Judgment of the Family Court dated 5/2/2015 is taken on record in Writ Petition No.5369 of 2014 and marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification. The petitioner in Writ Petition No.5330/2014 is not present before the court in Writ Petition No.5369 of 2014. This Court (Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar,J) has observed on 22/9/2014 that the parties are exploring the possibility of amicable settlement.

Hence, Writ Petition No.5369/2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
