The above Petition is directed against the acceptance of the nomination form of the Respondent No.4. The election programme for the second phase i.e. from the stage of filing nomination till voting is presently in force. In terms of the said programme the last date of withdrawal of nominations is 04.04.2015 and the final list of candidates would be put up on 25.04.2015. Having regard to the said stage of the election programme, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Needless to state that it would BGP.
