That, in the said case, the recording of evidence of prosecution witnesses is already completed and the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thane, has now placed the said case for arguments. 2.

In view thereof, present Petition for quashment of F.I.R.No. I - 244 of 2015 registered with Thane Nagar Police Station, Thane does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
