This application is moved by the applicant in person seeking permission to go to Dubai between 20.4.2015 to 23.4.2015. He submits that he wants to go to Dubai to meet his child on a regular visitation and to visit the child's school to attend a function there. The condition of not to leave India without the permission of this Court is imposed while granting him anticipatory bail in the case where he is facing charges under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. So, the notice was issued to the original complainant.

The learned Counsel for the original complainant has opposed the application and submitted that the applicant will not come back to India as he is likely to stay in Dubai on one or the other pretext. 3.
Earlier, similar applications were made by the applicant seeking permission to travel abroad and twice this Court has granted him permission to travel abroad for a limited period. Such order is passed in Criminal Application No.204 of 2015 by order dated 4.3.2015. Hence, this application is allowed on the following terms: i) The Applicant is permitted to travel to Dubai from 20.4.2015 to 23.4.2015, both days inclusive.
ii) Before leaving the country, the applicant shall furnish all the details pertaining to his itinerary, contact numbers at Dubai, etc. iii) He shall report to the Amboli police station, Mumbai on 24th April, 2015 i.e., the day of his return to India. 4.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
