This is the second Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the applicant/accused. Earlier Anticipatory Bail Application was rejected by this Court on 1st April, 2016.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that after rejection of the first Anticipatory Bail Application, now the applicant/accused is ready to deposit Rs.1 crore immediately on Monday and thereafter he be given time to deposit the money. 3.

It is a case where 1400 persons were cheated by the applicant/accused on promise that the buildings will be constructed consisting of residential flats, however, not a single building is constructed till today and he has gained Rs.38 crores. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, the Application for Anticipatory Bail is rejected. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) 1 / 1
