This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of temporary bail on account of the medical treatment to be provided to applicant's daughter. The applicant was granted temporary bail on similar ground for a period of 45 days by this Court vide order dated 7th August, 2019.

Pawar dated 17th March, 2022, in support to the ground that treatment is required to be provided to the applicant's daughter. This Court earlier was granted temporary bail since it was contended that

In the document annexed in the application does not indicate as to what treatment was given in relation to the ailment of the applicant's daughter. The certifcate relied upon by the applicant issued by the MBBS Doctor, is vague. No ground is made out for granting temporary bail. The application is rejected. Applicant is permitted to comply order dated 26th April, 2022, by fling Vakaltnama in the main Appeal. In the event date is fxed for carrying out any surgery upon applicant's daughter, which shall be supported by Doctor's opinion, the applicant is at liberty to prefer fresh application for temporary bail.
Interim Application No,1331 of 2022, stands disposed of accordingly.
