The Appellant herein has assailed the order dated 05/02/1992 allowing the Application under section 152 of the Civil Procedure Code for correction of arithmetical calculations in the award dated 26/11/1982 in Land Reference No.299/1981.

By the impugned judgment, the Reference Court allowed the said Application and corrected the award dated 26/11/1982 and directed the State to pay interest @ 15% from 04/02/1992 till the amount is deposited in the Court.

The connected Appeal being First Appeal No.590/1994 assailing correction of award dated 26/02/1992 in Land Reference No.298/1981 has been dismissed by this Court by judgment dated 09/05/2017. 4.

In view of the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 09/05/2017 in First Appeal No.590/1994, this Appeal has no merits and is accordingly dismissed.
