The learned counsel for the Respondent filed Affidavit-in-Reply dated 1.8.2019. Same is taken on record.

By this Misc. Civil Application, Applicant husband is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.136 of 2018 filed by the Respondent wife before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha under section 13 of the Hindu marriage Act for decree of divorce from Mohite 1/2

901 mca235-19.doc Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha to Family Court at Panvel Dist. Raigad.

During the course of argument, both the counsel submit that instead of transferring the matter to Panvel court.

Same to be transferred to Kalyan court. Hence, by consent, following order is passed:

a.

Hindu Marriage Petition No.136 of 2018 filed by Respondent wife under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act for grant of decree of divorce before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha is transferred to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan for hearing and final disposal on its own merits.

b.

Misc. Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

c.

No order as to costs.

Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
