There is no document filed to show that the 60 mtrs. wide road shown as a development plan road by the developer is actually a National Highway. Before a Public Interest Petition is filed, proper research has to be done and documents in support of the pleadings have to be filed.

As drafted, we see no reason to issue notice in the Public Interest Petition and while dismissing the Public Interest
