Counsel for petitioner is stated to be not available. We have heard learned APP. Petition filed on 3/4/2017 is lying without any orders till date.

The challenge is by mother of accused. Contention is that for very same offence second FIR has been registered. We find that first FIR vide C.R. No. 349 of 2014 resulted in a Criminal Case. Learned APP submits that accused there was found guilty and has been convicted on 8/1/2019. This incident is dated 12/9/2014.
