By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have challenged the judgment and order dated 05/03/2013 in Revision Application No. 40 of 2011 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court at Bandara, Mumbai. By that order, the Appellate Bench dismissed the Revision Application preferred by the defendants No. 10 and 11 against the order dated 06/01/2011 passed by the learned trial Judge below Exhibit 95 for amending the written statement.

Mr.Tiwari submitted that for the reasons stated in the order dated 26/02/2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6204 of 2013, this Petition may be disposed of. He submitted that 1/2
15. wp 4942.15.doc three Petitions were instituted in this Court challenging the common order passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court and two Petitions were dismissed by order dated 26/02/2014. 4.
In view of the statement that controversy in the present Petition is covered by order dated 26/02/2014, for the reasons recorded in that order, Petition fails and the same is dismissed. (R.G.KETKAR, J.) 2/2
