Ms.Divya Tyagi appearing for the Petitioner seeks liberty to delete the words "writ of Mandamus" from prayer clause (b). Liberty as prayed for is granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. Ms.Divya Tyagi further submits that her client has complied with the directions given by this Court by an order dated 12 April 2024.

8-wp5388-24.doc directed to expeditiously hear and dispose of the Applications filed under Section 26 and under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

The Petitioner / husband is permitted to meet his children viz. Master Arnav and Ms.Avani at 8:00 p.m today in the compound of the building, in which the Respondent / wife is residing. The said access will be for minimum 20 minutes, when the Respondent / wife, if desires will remain present. The parties and their parents are directed to co-operate during such visit.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.

Place the matter on board on 2 May 2024 under the caption of "Compliance".
