Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the petitioner was to dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the proposals at Exh."J" dated 25/08/2014 and at Exh. "O" dated 01/09/2016 sent by respondent no.4 for grant of approval to the petitioner's appointment as Assistant Full Time Teacher in respondent no. 4 school.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, this petition is

P13-wp-4469.2017.sxw disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to consider the proposal submitted by the respondent no.4 vide letter dated 25/08/2014 (Exh. "J") as also letter dated 01/09/2016 (Exh. "O") for approval of the appointment of petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
