The grievance of the Petitioner is that though he had made a representation on 19.12.2015, no action has been taken on the said representation by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2.

This being the only grievance of the Petitioner, petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to hear and decide the Petitioner's application dated 19.12.2015 filed under section 63-1A of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of 90 days from today.
