The Petitioner challenges the order dated 09.06.2020 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division in RTS Revision Nos. 181 and 178 of 2019. However, as there is an alternate remedy available under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, the Petitioner is at liberty to adopt the alternate remedy.

Reserving the said liberty to adopt alternate remedy, Writ Petition is disposed of. Time spent in prosecuting present Petition shall be considered while computing the limitation in filing the Revision Petition.
