We are inclined to dispose of this Petition with direction to Respondent No.4 to decide the Representation dated 17 March 2015 for grant of pay scale of untrained teacher from the date of appointment till the date of passing of D.Ed. Course in view of the Government Resolution dated 25 September 2009 and order dated 2 March 2012 issued by the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur as early as possible, preferably within eight weeks from today. It is made clear that the concerned Authority to decide the Representation in accordance with law.
