Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to recall the order dated 21.03.2018 by which the Writ Petition stood dismissed for non prosecution.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, and as the Applicant is ready and willing to pay costs of Rs.5000/-, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

Order dated 21.03.2018 is recalled.

b.
