The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e. Ms Patil for the Applicants and Mr. Malpathak for the Respondent tender consent terms bearing today's date evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The said consent terms have been signed by the Learned Advocates as well as the parties. The parties are also present in Court. The Applicant No.2(b) Suresh Lalchand Manjrekar is personally present in Court and he states that the consent terms are acceptable to the other Applicants and that they have signed the said consent terms of their own free will and volition. He further states that the Applicant No.1 Ratnakar Lalchand Manjrekar is unable to remain present in Court in view of the fact that the he was suffering from Malaria and was hospitalised and has been recently discharged. He further states that he has shown the said consent terms to the said Ratnakar Lalchand Manjrekar who has signed them in his presence. The Respondent Vidya Gajanan Koli is also

personally present in Court and she states that the above consent terms are acceptable to her and that she has signed them of her own free will and volition. The Learned Counsel Ms Patil identifies the Applicant No.2(b) and Mr. Malpathak identifies the Respondent. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The above Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms. [R.M.SAVANT, J]
