The above Petition was on board yesterday when none had appeared for the Petitioners and was therefore kept day. Today also no appearance is put up on behalf of the Petitioners. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 points out that the order under challenge was also challenged in Writ Petition St No.10370 of 2014 by persons similarly situated as the Petitioners herein which Writ Petition has been dismissed by this Court by order dated 7-5-2014. The Writ Petition was also preceded by another Writ Petition St No.10369 of 2014 which also challenged the same order, the said Writ Petition also came to be dismissed by this Court by order dated 28-4-2014. Hence having regard to the said two orders, the above Writ Petition would have to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
