The Applicant is permitted to correct the serial number of Respondent by making Respondent No. 5 in place of Respondent No. 3 shown after Respondent No. 4. The necessary correction is to be carried out during the course of day. The Petitioner is also permitted to carry out the amendment in the second set of Petition. 2.

Having considered the prayer made in the Civil Application seeking restoration of Civil Application, we are satisfied Vishal Parekar 1/2

15-caw-3009-2015 that there is sufficient cause for non compliance of the office objection within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application. 3.

The delay in filing the Civil Application is hereby condoned.

The Writ Petition No. 1606 of 2012 is restored to its original number.

Needless to say that in view of the restoration of the Petition, the interim order passed earlier in the said Writ Petition stands restored.

In view of the aforesaid, the Civil Application stands disposed of.

List the Petition as per C.M.I.S date.
