This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 26.10.2015 passed by the Special Judge (Anti-Corruption), Pune in Special Case No.20 of 2014 thereby acquitting the accused of the offence punishable under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The delay is of 66 days. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the application, the delay of 66 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.

Hence, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of.
