Taking into consideration the averments made in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 6(1). This means that the applicant is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.50,000/- from the amount deposited by the appellant. Needless to add that such amount shall ultimately abide by the final order made in this appeal.
