1] Applicants are claiming title in the suit property through the predecessor-in-title of the petitioners by way of Sale Deed dated 28.10.2016.

2] In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the applications, both applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3] Petitioner are directed to implead both the applicants as party respondents. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copies of the petitions be served upon the Advocate for the newly added respondents.
