This writ petition seeks enforcement of the decision of Full Bench of this Court in the case of Arun Vishwanath Sonone V/s. State of Maharashtra and Ors 1. By the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Chairman and Managing Director, Food Corporation of India Ltd. & Ors. V/s. Jagdish Balaram Bahira2, the decision of the Full Bench has been expressly overruled. Hence, there is no merit in the petition. The same is rejected.
