Considering the certificate below Exhibit "B" dated 14 January 2015 and the reasons already provided, we are inclined to modify the Judgment dated 4 April 2014 by correcting the operative order Clause (d) to the following extent.

In Judgment dated 4 April 2014, page No.4, in operative order prayer clause (d), the word "Koli" be replaced by the words "Hindu Vaity". Judgment dated 4 April 2014 is corrected accordingly. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
