Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 342, 354(A), 354(B), 363, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 12 OF Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2] Prosecution story against the applicant is, he took victim girl in a room and tried to outrage her modesty.

4] The fact remains that for last one year, applicant is behind the bar. There are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. (i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 171/2020 registered with C.B.D. Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 342, 354(A), 354(B), 363, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 12 OF Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (ii) Applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. 5] Application stands disposed of.
