The matter was heard at length on 21st April, 2022 i.e. yesterday on which this court expressed its non-inclination to grant bail. At that time applicant's learned counsel seeks time to take instructions whether applicant wishes to withdraw the application. 2.

Today the applicant's learned counsel submitted that the applicant is ready to surrender before Investigating OfÏcer, however, due to some difÏculty and family arrangement he requires some time for surrender.

In view of above, the application stands disposed since withdrawn. The applicant shall surrender before concerned Investigating agency on or before 28th April, 2022. 4.
