3] The application seeking status quo order is placed for hearing by the learned District Judge on 20 April 2015. In such circumstances, there is no necessity to make any orders in this petition.

skc P13-WP-3934-15 4] However, the learned District Judge is directed to proceed with the hearing on the application on 20 April 2015 and dispose of such application as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of seven days thereafter.

5] It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and accordingly it shall be for the learned District Judge to examine the same and to decide upon the petitioner's application on its own merits and in accordance with law.

6] This petition is accordingly disposed of.
