Learned Counsel Mr. Bapat has instructions to appear on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No. 9. Hence, there is no objection to allow this application. The application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a week. Mr. Bapat waives service for the legal heirs.
