Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the Application. 3.
By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish surety as directed by this Court ( Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J. ) vide order dated 06.12.2018.

Perused the papers. The Applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court ( Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J. ) vide order dated 06.12.2018 passed in B. A. No. 2395 of 2018, on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The Applicant was granted cash bail in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- for four weeks vide the same order. As the Applicant could not furnish sureties within the time frame, the Applicant filed an Application seeking extension of six weeks to furnish surety which was granted vide order dated 06.12.2018. 5.
This is the second Application. By way of last chance, cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 06.12.2018 is extended by a further period of eight weeks, within which period, the Applicant shall comply with the Order dated 06.12.2018, by furnishing sureties.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
