This Contempt Petition is filed alleging breach of the judgment and order dated 10 April 2014 passed by the Labour Court, Kolhapur as upheld by the judgment and order dated 14 December 2018 passed by the Industrial Court, Kolhapur. Since by separate order, the operation of the judgments and orders passed by the Labour and Industrial Courts are stayed. Nothing would survive in the Contempt Petition.
